Important!!! Avoid A $25.00 Charge by reading the rules and Regulations of the Homeowners Association that governs the development. Broken and missing items are charged at a minimum of $25 or replacement cost on Electronics and Furniture. All unpaid violations have an additional fee of $25.00 if not paid before departure.

Power outages do not qualify for a refund!
Holidays, Weekends and Discount Rates are none refundable anytime!
Down Payment Policy: No down payment full amount due at reservation.
Accepted deposits are also non refundable anytime.
Cancellation Refund Policy: No refund in case of cancellation!
Same policy applies to verbal reservations made by phone if credit card is accepted
w/house#, zipcode and or cvv2 code.
If a replacement renter is found 60 days prior to rental date trough

on any Weekly Rental 75% of rental will be refunded.
60 days or less 50% may be applied to future reservation 45 days or less no credit of any kind.

Advisory
We are required by the LaPaloma HomeownersAssociation to post the following:
La Paloma is a beautiful and tranquil ocean front residential resort. If you are
interested in having fun in the sun and relaxation, La Paloma is the place for you.
If this includes being riotous, loud and unruly, or Druguse La Paloma is
DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
Each bedroom sleeps two and sometimes two in the living area. More than that
will be considered overcrowding, and will not be tolerated ($50.00 Fine). All of our rules of
conduct are strictly enforced by our Security Guards who have both the
responsibility and complete authority to enforce them. Offenders will become
subject to denial of access to the complex, and/or subjecting the offending
guests to the liability for exceptional service charges.
